You must register an account to place orders.

3. Food Orders & Payments
Order Placement: Orders are subject to restaurant availability.
Pricing: Menu prices are set by restaurants and may change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and cash on delivery (COD).
Cancellations: You may cancel an order before the restaurant confirms. Refunds follow payment processor policies.
4. Delivery & Service Areas
Delivery times are estimates and depend on restaurant preparation, traffic, and weather.
Takeaway.pk operates only in Pakistan (cities may vary).
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address/user unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Misuse the platform (fraud, spam, harassment).
Place false orders or chargebacks without cause.
Violate any Pakistani laws while using the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All Takeaway.pk logos, content, and software are owned by us or licensed partners.
Unauthorized use (copying, scraping, reselling) is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Takeaway.pk acts as an intermediary between users and restaurants.
We are not liable for:
Food quality, allergies, or preparation issues (contact the restaurant directly).
Delivery delays due to external factors (traffic, weather).
Technical errors beyond our control.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes will first attempt amicable resolution.
